Make your own unique notebook to keep and treasure. Angela Thames will show you the long-stitched method of book binding, a technique that incorporates a variety of paper types – from watercolour to graph paper. The cover will be made from handmade Indian Khadi paper with an exposed stitched spine. Angela will bring examples of artist’s books, created from lino cuts and collagraph prints with text by writers such as Charles Darwin, Nan Shepherd and Monty Don as inspiration.
