Hinemihi Maori House in Clandon Park
Roger Green will be telling the fascinating story of how HINEMIHI MAORI HOUSE from New Zealand North Island came to be located in the grounds of Clandon Park near Guildford. An extraordinary account of how such a small Maori meeting house arrived so far from its native home is not to be missed.
The event will be part of the July lunch at Cranleigh Golf & Country Club where a two course lunch will also be enjoyed. The club welcomes potential new members who may wish to experience the friendly gathering for lunch and an interesting speaker.
