Glive are delighted to open their season with their old friends the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in a celebratory programme that includes three masterpieces – Dvorak’s rumbustious Carnival Overture, Mendelssohn’s gleaming Violin Concerto and Tchaikovsky’s epic Fifth Symphony. Jamie Phillips will conduct with the brilliant young violinist Alena Beava as soloist.
