Gerard Logan’s stunning performance offers deeply personal insight into the life of one of the nation’s greatest and most controversial writers, Oscar Wilde. Wilde Without the Boy is a dramatization of De Profundis, Oscar Wilde’s heartfelt letter to his lover ‘Bosie’ written while he was serving a two-year sentence for committing homosexual acts. The play is followed by a deeply moving rendition of Wilde’s poem The Ballad of Reading Gaol. Suitable for ages 12+.
