Visual Art Sessions at Gosden House

Artventure Trust offers creative and fun visual art sessions for adults with learning disabilities and additional needs at our Studio at St. Peter’s School in Merrow, Guildford.  We showed an exhibition of our River Wey Project in January at Cranleigh Arts.

We’re delighted to announce that we will be offering similar sessions in our new Studio at Gosden House School (GU5 0AH) on Mondays from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm during school term time, starting on 15 April 2024.

In a small group of maximum 10, participants have the chance to explore the visual arts and enjoy social interactions with their peers, tutors and volunteers.  We offer many art forms from drawing and painting to printmaking, textile, photography, pottery and much more.  Participants work alongside practising artists and volunteers in small groups or one-to-one.  They can work at their own pace in calm, safe, social surroundings, taking pride in what they do and growing in confidence and self-respect.

Be among the lucky few who can have a place secured for a taster session at our new premises by contacting Mariann at or calling 01483 304884.

We have limited number of places but we will do our best to offer a place for everyone interested.  We ask for your help to spread the word about this new opportunity for anyone who might benefit from Artventure sessions.  Anybody who loves art and is over 18 is most welcome!
